Dear Jewish Community member:
JADE (Jewish Association for Death Education) is doing a survey to collect a snapshot of the current knowledge within the Boulder area community of attitudes and understanding that Jews have about Jewish end-of-life rituals and death practices. The information gathered will be used to guide JADE’s programming. Your survey completion can be anonymous if desired and all questions are optional.
We are very appreciative of your help. If you have any questions, you can contact Evie Cohen at evie@jadeinfo.org. To get more information about JADE, please go to: www.jadeinfo.org.
The link to the survey is HERE.
