Take This Survey, Please! JADE Assessing Knowledge Among Boulder Jews

Dear  Jewish Community member:

JADE (Jewish Association for Death Education) is doing a survey to collect a snapshot of the current knowledge within the Boulder area community of attitudes and understanding that Jews have about Jewish end-of-life rituals and death practices. The information gathered will be used to guide JADE’s programming.  Your survey completion can be anonymous if desired and all questions are optional.
