LOUISVILLE, CO: Not sure what to do to celebrate the secular New Year’s Eve? Come out with your Jewish community to celebrate the next to last night of the festival of lights!
Every year, Chanukah on Ice attracts a crowd of families for outdoor ice skating to Chanukah music, with stops for hot chocolate, soufganiot (traditional jelly doughnuts), and the lighting of the largest menorah in Boulder County.
This year’s event is on Night 7, Tuesday, December 31, beginning at 3:30 pm with the menorah lighting at 4:30 pm.
No reservations are required, and everyone is welcome! If you want to register in advance, you can do it here.
This exciting annual event is hosted by the Boulder County Center for Judaism, and jointly sponsored by the Boulder JCC, JEWISHcolorado, Schad Farmers Insurance, and Ed and Julie Victor.

Old Town Skate is located at 824 Front Street in downtown Louisville. Admission to Old Town Skate is $10 for adults and free for people four and under and includes skate rental. You must sign a liability waiver to skate.
