Letter: Discussions Not Had In Boulder About Israel

Thank you for publishing the article by Ed Kass. He expresses a very important sentiment in the Boulder Jewish Community that gets silenced. I commend you for opening the dialogue. It is part of our tradition to argue and debate to find clarity and purpose. By muting these views he expresses the JCC stifles the vibrant community we have. The JCC says they invite all and having a forum for non-observant Jews as well as those who attend one of our local synagogues is vital. We need all views welcomed and respected. The JCC needs to open their doors and embrace this conversation . This will heal the divisiveness in the Jewish Community that is infecting our nation. I appreciate you taking the risk and publishing his article.
