JEWISHcolorado’s MEN’S Event Returns, Headlined by Israel Activist Noa Tishby

Theme “From Home to Homeland” Marks MEN’S Event’s 25th Year

(DENVER) — JEWISHcolorado’s MEN’s Event is back, celebrating its 25th year on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 6 p.m. The long-running popular benefit event will feature Israeli actress and activist Noa Tishby at the Wings Over the Rockies Museum. It is generously presented by Norm Brownstein, Larry A. Mizel, and Michael Staenberg.

Noa Tishby

Tishby has been particularly focused on Zionist activism since the October 7 attacks on Israel, combatting misinformation about the current conflict. She is the former Israeli Special Envoy for Combatting Antisemitism and Delegitimization, and she founded the first Israel-focused online advocacy and rapid response organization, Act for Israel.

With a theme of “From Home to Homeland,” the interview format of the evening will be led by Colorado Attorney General Phil Weiser. Tickets are $118 for General Admission and $72 for Under 30. Tables of 10 are available for $1,800. Net proceeds will support JEWISHcolorado’s Israel programs and partnerships in the Negev. Details and registration can be found on the JEWISHcolorado website or at www.jewishcolorado.org/mens-event-2024

Said Attorney General Weiser, “Noa Tishby is a leader in the effort to address rising antisemitism and hate crimes, and she is a passionate and effective advocate for Israel. I am looking forward to hosting a conversation with her here in Colorado to engage our community in this important work.”

Tishby last appeared for JEWISHcolorado in 2022 at the organization’s sold-out Come Together celebration. She has only grown in popularity and has been recognized as one of the 50 Most Powerful Jews in the World. She has spoken at such venues as the UN General Assembly on topics ranging from BDS to Israeli innovation. Tishby is among the best-known pro-Israel figures on social media, and she is author of New York Times bestseller, “Israel: A Simple Guide to the Most Misunderstood Country on Earth.”
