Colorado Hebrew Chorale’s Raisins & Almonds on Sunday February 5

The Colorado Hebrew Chorale and Kol Nashim’s showcase event will take place on Sunday, February 5 at the Hebrew Educational Alliance, 3600 S. Ivanhoe Street in Denver.  Concert begins at 6:30 pm.

Highlights include:

  • Participation of Altitude, the premier high school choir of Denver Children’s Choir.
  • Presentation of award to honoree, State Rep. Dafna Michaelson Jenet
  • Denver actor Albert Banker Emcee
  • Music sung in Hebrew, English, Arabic, Ladino and Italian
  • Acknowledgement of Tu B’Shvat, Israel 75 and 400th anniversary of publication of Salamone Rossi’s “Shirim Asher L’Shlomo”
  • Shira B’Tzibur – Israeli singalong
