Celebrating Excellence: Cynthia Weigner Chosen for Mandel Executive Leadership Program

It is with great pride that we announce an outstanding achievement within our organization. Cynthia Weigner,  Senior Director of Operations at the Boulder JCC, has been selected as a participant in Cohort V of the prestigious Mandel Executive Leadership Program.

As Doron Krakow, President and CEO of the JCC Association of North America states, “The Mandel Executive Leadership Program is renowned as one of the most significant professional development experiences in the Jewish communal landscape. It is a program that consistently identifies and nurtures the brightest rising stars in our field.” We are thrilled that our very own senior director has been recognized as one of these exceptional talents.

Boulder JCC Executive Director Jonathan Lev says, “This achievement underscores what we have long known here at the Boulder JCC. Cynthia continues to be a passionate leader to the Jewish community and beyond. Her dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to our mission have not only made a profound impact within our organization but also on the wider community.”

Please join us in extending heartfelt congratulations to Cynthia. The Boulder JCC community looks forward to the remarkable contributions that Cynthia will make during her 18-months with the Mandel program and the lasting impact this experience will have on our organization and the wider Jewish community in the years to come.
