SATURDAY AUGUST 26, 10:00-11:30 am, Meadows Branch Library, 4800 Baseline Rd, Boulder
Beth Ami Colorado Congregation for Humanistic Judaism has launched a movie club that focuses on provocative films that have a connection to Jewish and/or humanistic values. We watch the films on our own and then gather together for discussion. The films are always available online, either free or for a nominal rental fee.

What is it about Harvey Milk’s story that made it worthy of this historical drama, a highly-rated documentary (“The Times of Harvey Milk”), and being recognized as this year’s Society for Humanistic Judaism’s Humanistic Jewish Role Model? Let’s meet together and talk about it.
Interested? Then do this:
- If you can, REGISTER on our Meetup page so we can plan accordingly.
- View the film on your own, prior to August 26. Amazon Prime – rent: $1.99; purchase: $12.99. It is also available for streaming on Max.
- Join us for a brief Shabbat service, followed by a discussion of the film.
