Dear Letter to the editor:
For many years thoughtful Jews have railed against ADL CEO Jonathan Greenblatt for almost exclusively focusing on the dangers of right-wing antisemitism — which certainly Jews should be made aware of — to the exclusion of the dangers of left-wing antisemitism, which over the past thirty years has become ubiquitous in the American education system, most of the main stream media, the Squad, and other American institutions.
Well, Hosanna!!
As reported in The Forward and Haaretz, Mr. Greenblatt has finally and correctly come out with both guns blazing against left wing antisemitism and three of its most vicious purveyors:
CAIR (Council of American Islamic Relations): An unindicted coconspirator in the Holy Land Terrorist prosecution, the largest terrorist financing prosecution in United States history. Also CAIR was founded by the Islamic Association for Palestine, a documented front group for the Muslim Brotherhood which worships the ground Hitler walked on;
SJP (Students For Justice in Palestine): a documented front group for Hamas whose Charter in Article 7 which has never been revoked requires its members and supporters which includes every member of SJP to murder every Jew on earth; and
JVP (Jewish Voice For Peace): Not only is its name the ultimate misnomer, but its members consistently demonstrate the same empathy for the Jewish population of Israel as Gertrude Stein demonstrated for the Jewish population of Vichy.
Mr. Greenblatt has finally and correctly stated that these organizations “independently and unapologetically regularly denigrate and dehumanize Jews.” Mr. Greenblatt’s belated but clear focus on the antisemitic evil that these organizations and their allies and supporters, including elected officials, represent is welcomed by all those who have for years recognized the horrific threat to the Jewish people in Israel and America presented by left wing antisemitism.
Now Mr. Greenblatt and the ADL can finally focus on the cause and effect of left-wing antisemitism which also are no secret:
Massive amounts of Muslim money have been poured into the American education system to produce antisemites, who now populate the media, academia, politics and many other institutions in America.
The fact is that between 1986 and 2018 Muslim countries poured 6.5 billion dollars into the American university system to promote the foundational antisemitism of the Koran and celebrate Muhammad’s personal decapitation of 600-900 unarmed Jewish men and kidnapping and sexual enslavement of 1000 Jewish girls and women in Medina in 627. (“Follow The Money – Examining Undocumented Foreign Funding of American Universities: Implications For Education and Rising Antisemitism,” June 13, 2020. The Institute For The Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy).
As night follows day the success of this thirty-plus year, 6.5 billion dollar effort to infect the American education system with koranic antisemitism is detailed in Professor Cary Nelson of the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign’s widely acclaimed treatise, “Israel Denial: Anti-Zionism, Antisemitism and the Faculty Campaign Against the Jewish State” (2019).
Further this massive infusion of Muslim money promoting Koranic antisemitism has created an American education system in which the more educated you are, the more antisemitic you are. This fact was recently documented at the University of Arkansas in a scientific survey as described in Tablet magazine (3/29/21) that reveals that the long-held belief by liberals that education reduces antisemitism is false; in fact, education in America increases antisemitism. (“Are Educated People More Antisemitic?” by Jay P. Greene, distinguished professor of education policy at the University of Arkansas; Albert Cheng, assistant professor of education policy at the University of Arkansas; and Ian Kingsbury, who received his doctorate from the Department of Education Reform at the University of Arkansas and is a fellow at the Empire Center for public policy in New York). Clearly the antisemitism that is reflected in the liberal media today is a result of Muslim money being an integral part of reporters’ and editors’ antisemitic education.
Having finally and unabashedly recognized the pure evil that is left-wing antisemitism, Mr. Greenblatt and the ADL must be vigilant to remove root and branch all anti-Zionist and antisemitic elements from the educational system as well as publicly condemning antisemitism and anti-Zionism in the media — no matter how nuanced it appears to be. The recent faux educational projects of ethnic studies and critical race theory are just vehicles to inject antisemitism into impressionable students’ minds. Most reporters and editors will be of no help because they have been as indicated above already been inculcated with antisemitism by receiving an American college degree.
As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said with great wisdom and prescience in Cambridge shortly before his death: “When people criticize Zionists, they mean Jews; you’re talking antisemitism”.
Dr. King did not differentiate between left-wing and right-wing antisemitism, and now finally neither does the ADL.
