This Tuesday, December 13 is the Chassidic holiday of Yud Tes Kislev which marks the Yartzeit (Day of Passing) of the Maggid of Mezritch and the release of the first Chabad Rebbe Rabbi Schneur Zalman from Czarist Russian prison on trumped up charges by his opponents. This day is called the New Year of Chassidism.  He is the author of the famous book, “The Tanya”.  Click here to read more about Reb Shneur Zalman.

Join us on Tuesday, December 13 at 6:00 pm for an evening of song and Chassidic teachings in honor of the Chassidic holiday of Yud-Tes Kislev.  A delicious dinner will be served.  There is no charge for this special event, but rsvp’s are needed. Rsvp: boulderjudaism@gmail.com or 720-422-6776.
