4 Worlds Shabbat Morning Meditation and Gentle Movement for anyBODY
Saturday, Jan 23, 10:30 am – noon

Led by Tracy Patch. Please join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Four Worlds Shabbat. We will use a combination of breathing, Jewish meditation, gentle movement and using intention and visualization with yoga nidra. This experiential practice will allow you to traverse the Four Worlds of body, mind, heart and soul. Please have a mat, blanket and pillow for the yoga nidra practice. Weekly Torah Study, Saturday, Jan 23, 4:00 – 5:30 pm
