Temple Aaron Meets Goal for New Boiler

Temple Aaron (Trinidad, Colorado) is celebrating fantastic news: we have reached our goal for the boiler campaign! Thank you to everyone who pitched in to make this campaign an incredible success. Together we raised over $50,000 in just a few months, and every dollar received will go toward the new boiler.

Work to remove the old boiler, pour a concrete pad, and install the shiny new boiler will begin November 1 and will take four to six weeks. When work is complete, you’ll be invited to our very cozy, heat-filled celebration! Tentatively mark your calendars to save January 22, 2022 for our Heat is On! festivities.

That said, we are still accepting additional funds for related expenses, i.e. weatherstripping and other repairs that will also need to be done to help button up the building.

Restoring heat will mean we can use Temple Aaron year round, and we can’t wait to celebrate this happy achievement with all of you. Stay tuned for updates on our progress!

SPECIAL THANKS to major contributors to the boiler campaign including Evan Makovsky, Larry Mizel, Les and Linda Liman, Bill and Margrethe Feldman, Charles and Nancy Zimmerman, Michael and Pegi Touff, Andrea and Dr. Joseph Jimenez, Joan and David Banko, and Brian Shirken.
