Peace Talk on Tuesday for Clean Speech Colorado

Date: November 16, 2021
Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am (virtual)

Fear or Faith? Which one fills a restless heart with peace? Peace is like hand-blown glass, hard to form, but so easy to break. Come join Morah Yehudis Fishman in learning some insights and practices from our rich tradition about how to communicate in ways that will promote harmony and peace in our lives and those around us. Morah Yehudis recommends watching the movie, “Freedom Writers” in preparation for her talk.

Yehudis Fishman has been teaching Torah and Chassidic writings for over forty years to students of all ages and backgrounds, both on the East Coast and the Midwest. She has been a director of several Jewish organizations in Santa Fe and Colorado. Fishman is also the author of articles and poetry on a wide variety of Jewish topics that have been printed in many publications and also are available online on various sites such as Chabad.org, Kabbalah online, Intermountain Jewish News, and Boulder Jewish News.

A partnership with Clean Speech Colorado.

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
