SafeHouse Denver is proud to announce the return of Sampling for Hope after it was cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic. Even though it will be virtual this year, food and supporting survivors remain at the heart of the event.
Join us on Thursday, June 10 at 5:30 pm for our Livestream! Our longtime friends and supporters, Steve Staeger from 9News and Kylie Bearse from Fox31, will host this fun-filled event. Guests will be introduced to our Restaurant Partners, hear about domestic violence’s complexities while being inspired by the power of healing through a survivor story, enjoy local entertainment, bid on silent auction items, and much more. Registration is free, but you can add a Grilling Class with Executive Chef Michael Poompan from the Ritz-Carlton for a modest donation!

SafeHouse Denver is the only agency in the City and County of Denver that provides a full continuum of care for survivors of domestic violence and their children. The agency’s core services include a 24-Hour Crisis and Information Line, an Emergency Shelter, a Non-Residential Counseling and Advocacy Center, an Extended Stay Program, and Community Education. All services are provided at no cost to the survivor and are made possible through a caring community’s generosity.
