Final Month for Outdoor Yoga with Caron

Join experienced yoga instructor Caron Robinson for the final month of her grounding Pre-Shabbat outdoor yoga practice on Friday afternoons. The practice is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced, and will be a strong but slow flow with Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Hatha influences. It is the perfect hour-long class to ease you into the weekend.

The class themes will be engaging and relatable, incorporating an idea from the current season. Combining yoga philosophy with Judaism will balance our minds, bodies, and spirits, while we build and maintain strength and balance.

Caron’s teaching style is attentive, nurturing, and adaptable to all levels. Modifications will be offered to make the poses accessible. Her yoga approach is alignment-based to ensure that you move safely and in an individualized way that works for your body.

Fridays, October 8, 15, 22, 29 | 3:30 – 4:30 pm

Option to pay at the door per class for $12 or register HERE for all four Friday classes in October for $40
