Boulder JCC’s “Israel Update” Program To Be Offered Twice a Month

The Boulder JCC is excited to announce that the Israel Updates series featuring JEWISHcolorado’s Shaliach (Israeli emissary) Itai Divinsky will now have two separate streams, each of which will be presented monthly. Attendees do not need to have Zoom installed to participate. All sessions can be accessed through a computer, smartphone, or tablet.

  1. Israel Update: News and Politics

This stream will take place on the second Monday of the month, from 10:00 – 11:00 am on  2/8, 3/8, 4/12, and 5/10.

Itai Divinsky will join us by Zoom to talk about current events in Israel. Itai will cover the Coronavirus outbreak in Israel, the unprecedented political situation that continues to unfold, and a variety of other current events. He will also take time to answer your questions. Each presentation will last between 30 minutes and one hour.

There is no charge for this program, but you must REGISTER HERE in order to participate.

  1. Israel Update: Beyond the Headlines

This stream will take place on the fourth Monday of the month, beginning January 25, from 10:00 – 11:00 am (1/25, 2/22, 3/22, 4/26, and 5/24).

Itai Divinsky will discuss Israeli culture, media, and many other topics that you might not hear about in the news. This discussion will run between 30 minutes and one hour, with plenty of time for Q&A.
