Brooke Rice is a meditation teacher and yoga instructor at Healing Solutions, Inc. Finding how powerful the inner voice is, she shifted her focus to the mind. She completed her Master of Arts degree in Indo-Tibetan Buddhism with a Concentration in History of Religion at Naropa.

Allen Bridgeforth’s mission is simple, to help others better themselves through regular fitness, nutritious eating and conquer mental hurdles standing in the way of a life well lived! He is owner of GOTC Fitness + Massage Therapy.
Cathy Summer, Social Worker and Counselor at Jewish Family Service
Cathy Summer is a Social Worker and Counselor at Jewish Family Service. She has a wealth of skill and experience working with older adults and their families. She has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by her clients and their loved ones through her experience in private practice as a psychotherapist, grief counseling, and her work with JFS Boulder.
