Virtual Lunch and Learn: Live and Die Well
Thursday, April 29th
, 12 – 1 pm

Tina Walker

Join Boulder resident and end-of-life guide, Tina Walker, as she describes the role of an end-of-life doula, when and how they can help, how COVID-19 affects this role, and what steps we can take to become better prepared, especially in these times. While understandably difficult to initiate and navigate, conversations about holistic care planning are instrumental in building better support for people nearing the end of life, as well as for families and healthcare advocates.

Tina Walker is a British physical therapist, a certified Life and End-of-Life Coach, and an End-of-Life Doula. She works with her clients to help them embrace life’s challenges and to be fully present in each moment. She is dedicated to accomplishing two goals: to increase people’s knowledge regarding end-of-life preparation; and to help people change their mindsets in order to reduce the fear and anxiety that accompany the subject of aging and death.

The cost of this program is $10 per household.

This program is supported by the Lichter family in honor and memory of George Lichter, who thoroughly enjoyed the Lunch and Learn programs.
