With lots of time at home in the past few months, you probably came across the series, “Unorthodox.” I myself and many of my fellow Rabbis and Rebbetzins got questions, wondering if this is what a Chassidic marriage is really about.

Miriam Lipskier is the co-founder and director of the Chabad Student Centre at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Together with her husband and eight children, they have created a vibrant community of Jewish life and learning, hosting Shabbat dinners for hundreds of students each week. Miriam is a dynamic teacher of Jewish thought and spirituality who lectures internationally. She has been passionately teaching brides for over 18 years, using humor and wit to imbue time-honored tradition and Kabbalistic secrets, which serve to enliven and elevate our most intimate relationships.

Co - Director of Boulder Center for Judaism. Any successful organization needs a heart and that is what Chany provides, along with organization, marketing, innovative programming, and countless Shabbat dinners. Some of her accomplishments are large and public like the annual menorah lighting on Pearl Street and the matzo and shofar factories, while others are quiet and private like the time she spends counseling individuals and sharing the wisdom that comes from study.
