The Women of the J Exceptional Women Speakers Series features Rosalind Wiseman, local New York Times Bestselling Author and world renowned speaker and educator for a virtual program on October 20 at 7:00 pm. 
During this time of uncertainty and the anxiety that ensues, Rosalind will discuss how we can better manage our emotions so that we can maintain healthy relationships in all aspects of our lives.
Rosalind will cover:
- Strategies to raise your resilience tools to take care of yourself
- Concrete skills to increase family communication; especially in times of conflict or anxiety
- The importance of social media to maintain connection while putting healthy boundaries around your use of screen time
