Lemon Tree Group March for Unity UPDATE

In these tumultuous and uncertain times, we hope that you and your families are staying well. The challenges of the pandemic and the political chaos have affected all of us.

Regretfully, due to the logistical limitations as a result of Covid 19, The Lemon Tree Group Planning Committee has decided to transform our 7th annual March for Unity this fall into another form of community empowerment.  Please read on…

Knowing that connection, kindness, and compassion are at the heart of healing our nation and recapturing a sense of unity, we are encouraging you to join us in a “Day of Action” on Sunday, October 4th, by making a donation to those in need during these difficult times.

In this spirit, may we suggest some of the following local charities and causes:

ACLU
Attention Homes
Black Lives Matter
Boulder Community Health Foundation
Bridge House
Citizens Climate Lobby
Community Food Share
EFAA
Out Boulder
Rise Against Suicide

We know there are thousands of other great causes, please honor and support one that especially speaks to you.

We look forward to seeing you next year in person.

We offer many thanks to all of you for your past support.

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
