Dealing with the Coronavirus and Discovering Happiness…

The Boulder County Center for Judaism invites you to a three-part zoom series on Dealing with the Corona Virus and Discovering the keys to a happier life.
The course will cover:
  • How to uplift your friendships from superficial to real + meaningful
  • How to embody cheerfulness
  • How to reduce jealousy and hatred
  • and much more

We are living in very uncertain times. The only thing we can control is ourselves. Now we have the time and space to focus inwards.

‘Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”

The series will take place on three consecutive Tuesday nights from 7:00 pm to 7:40 pm with the first half-hour a presentation and the last 10 minutes for questions and comments.
The first session is on Tuesday April 28.
There is no fee for this series.
