Chai Elul teaching with Morah Yehudis and other upcoming events

Chai Elul/18th of Elul Special Teaching and Shofar, Monday, Sept. 7, 8:30am. Chai Elul is the birthday of the Ba’al Shem Tov, the mystical teacher and founder of Chassidism.  It is also the birthday of Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, the founder of Chabad. Morah Yehudis Fishman will be doing a short teaching in honor of this day, followed by leading us in our daily Elul Shofar blast.  Click here to join us!

Chanting in Support of our Core, Wednesday, Sept. 9, 5:50-7pm. As we prepare for High Holidays,  chant/prayer helps us maintain inner calm and connect to our higher self.  We will use sacred verses from the Bible with prayerful melodies. Chanting is an uplifting practice that fills our hearts with joy and our bodies with healing.  This will be led by Ziva Moyal, a graduate of Rabbi Shefa Gold’s Kol Zimra, Chanting Leaders Training.
