Boulder JCC Hosts 9Health Express Fair This Fall

The Boulder JCC is proud to partner with 9Health Fair and CU Anschutz to offer a 9Health Express Fair (low-cost bloodwork only) on Sunday, October 18 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Health and wellbeing has never been more important and that’s why 9Health is offering 9Health screenings at a limited number of health fair locations this fall.

The fair will follow the safeguards outlined by the Boulder JCC, CDC, and Tri-State Health Department regarding COVID-19. 

Pre-registration appointments are required and we will not accept walk-ins. All participants and volunteers must wear masks. 

Basic screenings include a Blood Chemistry Screening for $35, Blood Cell Count Screening for $25, and HgbA1C blood screening for $35. Other blood screenings offered include PSA ($35), Vitamin D ($50), Vitamin B12 ($25), High sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) ($35), Blood Type ($30), and Testosterone ($45). 

Screening packages for preventive health are also available:

•       NEW! Baseline Health – Screenings Included: Blood Chemistry & Hemoglobin A1c (Diabetes)
•       NEW! Essential Health– Screenings Included: Blood Chemistry, Hemoglobin A1c (Diabetes), & Vitamin D.
