Weekly Edition: December 27th, 2019

Shabbat shalom and chag sameach! We’re in the middle of Chanukah 5780, finishing this Monday December 30th at dusk. In case you missed the earlier opportunities, there is one more public menorah lighting in Boulder County, in Louisville at Chanukah on Ice Sunday night December 29th. Check out all our Chanukah posts.

This is also the last Weekly Edition of the two-thousand-teens; next week the secular calendar changes over to a new year and a new decade, the Twenties! We’ll see if they are as Roaring as the last century’s version. Have a safe, happy, healthy and prosperous 2020 – and be sure to get out and vote!

Stay warm, and have a great weekend. Enjoy!

About Editor

I'm David Fellows, and I've served as a writer, photographer and/or an editor on my junior high and high school newspapers; the Daily Trojan at USC (where I earned my journalism degree); the student newspaper at the Anderson School at UCLA (where I earned my MBA); and I've written and edited countless business documents and presentations in the ensuing twenty years. I was also a professional photographer from 1978 to 1988 (although you never really stop...). I've been involved Jewishly since my bris and in Boulder since 1995. I'm married to my Executive Director Cheryl, and we have two children, Lauren and Ethan.
