Exciting Community Events Happening at Bonai Shalom

Wednesday, November 6, 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm

From Alabama to Auschwitz with Rabbi MarcRabbi’s Marc’s sabbatical took him, among other places, to Montgomery, Alabama, Warsaw, Krakow, and Auschwitz in Poland, Berlin, Prague and Theresienstadt. These journeys have been very enlightening in all kinds of ways and were, in part, to honor the memories of Irene Rosenschein and Doris Small, two beloved survivors who died in 2018. Using some evocative images, spoken word poetry and lots of stories, Rabbi Marc will retell some of what he experienced and learned along the way, for those who missed this presentation last year.  This will be held in the Sanctuary at Congregation Bonai Shalom.

Friday and Saturday, November 15 and 16
