Exciting Community Events Happening at Bonai Shalom

Wednesday, November 6, 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm

From Alabama to Auschwitz with Rabbi MarcRabbi’s Marc’s sabbatical took him, among other places, to Montgomery, Alabama, Warsaw, Krakow, and Auschwitz in Poland, Berlin, Prague and Theresienstadt. These journeys have been very enlightening in all kinds of ways and were, in part, to honor the memories of Irene Rosenschein and Doris Small, two beloved survivors who died in 2018. Using some evocative images, spoken word poetry and lots of stories, Rabbi Marc will retell some of what he experienced and learned along the way, for those who missed this presentation last year.  This will be held in the Sanctuary at Congregation Bonai Shalom.

Ramah in the Rockies Shabbaton with Michael Harlow

Join us for an uplifting Shabbat with special guest Michael Harlow, beloved song and prayer leader from Ramah of the Rockies! Open to all as well as Ramah families.

Friday, November 15, at 5:30pm: Friday night Shabbat services with lots of singing and a camp-style dinner served afterwards with more ruach! $15 for adults /

Saturday, November 16, at 9:30am: Songful Shabbat morning
Saturday, November 16, at 6:00 pm: Havdalah around the campfire
