Baruch Dayan HaEmet – Barbara Price z”l

Barbara Price (Bracha bat Matan v’Sima), mother of Liz Marlowe, passed away on Shabbat March 9, 2019, just as her grand daughter Evan was finishing her Bat Mitzvah at Bonai Shalom.  She would have been incredibly proud of Evan!
Barbara left the world just a few days before her 75th birthday after almost twenty years of recurring illnesses. Liz says that her mother, who was a social worker her whole working life, always put everyone else first and herself last and loved and valued her family above everything. She was a sweet, kind and selfless person who loved people. Boaz said she had a big heart and was a great listener. Judaism was always central to Barbara’s life. She will be greatly missed and mourned by her devoted family and friends.
The family will be travelling to Cleveland for the funeral, which will be on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, and the first part of shiva. They will return to Boulder for the end of shiva next week, with the following visiting and minyan times:
Sunday March 17th – 12:00 – 6:00 pm with a mincha minyan at 5:00 pm.
Monday March 18th – 10:00 am – 12:00 pm and 4:00 – 8:00 pm with a minyan at 6:30 pm.
Liz and Boaz’s home:
1341 Snowberry Lane, Louisville, 80027
Bibi, as she was known by her grandchildren, was a beloved mother, sister, grandmother and friend and is deeply mourned by her children Liz (Boaz), Michael and Tim and all their families, her sister Cheryl, along with Evan, Noa and all the other grandchildren.  They all adored her.
Blessings of strength and comfort to all the mourners
Shalom al nishmat Bracha – peace on Bracha’s soul
