BJTI Reprises Popular “Chopped” Challenge for Chanukah

Boulder Jewish Teen Initiative at the JCC is celebrating Chanukah with a challenge this year: take on our mystery baskets and see if you have what it takes to be a maven in the kitchen! The challenge is open to all high school students, and the mystery baskets will be harder than ever this year. While latkes and oil and jelly donuts are dancing in your head, you might have to confront some of the more eclectic Jewish ingredients, so be prepared for anything. Start asking your bubbe for her family recipes and take on the turkey this year so you’re ready for the biggest challenges BJTI has seen yet.
