On Monday, February 26, 2018, Israeli Noa Gluskinos and Palestinian Ashraf Akram will talk about the cross-cultural community and environmental studies at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, where students from Israel, Palestine, Jordan and around the world come together to collaborate on environmental solutions. Gluskinos and Akaram are recent alumni of the Arava Institute. This event will take place from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church of Boulder, 1421 Spruce St.
The program is co-sponsored by the Friends of the Arava Institute (arava.org), Sustainable Israeli-Palestinian Projects (SIPProjects.org), and the First United Methodist Church of Boulder (fumcboulder.org).
The Event is free, though donations are welcome.
