New Weight Watchers Meeting in Boulder

We are very excited to announce that Weight Watchers is considering adding a Boulder meeting*, conveniently located at the Boulder JCC!  Whether you’ve never done WW before, are a Lifetime Member or have never been a member or heard of Weight Watchers, come check out this registration/information meeting on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2ND at 8:45 AM!

These weekly meetings provide a safe place, with unconditional acceptance and accountability, new skills, motivation, connectedness, celebration, self-discovery, and fun.

In addition, each series will provide you eTools, which offers you an online tracking system, recipes, success stories, 24/7 Chat, our private Connect feature, and so much more!

Weight Watchers is a proven program – not a diet. It’s about living. Your best self isn’t just about a magical number on the scale. It’s about seeing food as fuel for a healthy life, finding ways to move more each day, and developing the skills to unlock your inner strength so you can make healthy choices for life. Yes, you will lose weight. But with Weight Watchers, you’ll also gain a whole new perspective on getting — and staying — healthy.

We hope to see you and your friends at the JCC on Thursday!  If you miss the meeting or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Karen Gahm at karen.gahm@weightwatchers.com.

*Min. participation required for a Boulder meeting to begin.
