The movie deals with a startling development that forces a Palestinian and an Israeli family to come closer together and reassess just who they are along with how they view each other. THE U.S. AND THE HOLOCAUST, a new three-part documentary directed and produced by Ken Burns, Lynn Novick and Sarah Botstein, explores America’s response to one of the greatest humanitarian crises in history. –The JCC Mizel Arts and Culture Center is hosting the second annual Colorado-based ReelAbilities Film Festival Denver in-person in Denver and Boulder from August 24-28 and virtually from August 24-31.
