Denver, Colorado: National Jewish Health is proud to continue its long-standing tradition of offering free High Holiday services for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The Jewish High Holiday services have been offered at National Jewish Health for more than 100 years, making this one of the most long-standing free Jewish opportunities in Colorado. No tickets, memberships or payment of any kind have ever been required for this wonderful annual tradition.
Services are held at the Molly Blank Conference Center at National Jewish Health, located at 1400 Jackson Street in Denver. Parking is free with permit. Visit www.ServicesatNJH.org to download and print this year’s parking permit.
For 2017, the services have been scaled back, and only one day of Rosh Hashanah will be offered. The organization cites lower attendance for the change and strongly encourages the community to come support this long-standing tradition in Denver.
“We’ve had a long-standing tradition of offering free High Holiday services for anyone and everyone in the Denver area,” offers the NJH High Holiday Services Board of Directors. “Frankly, we need to see attendance and donations improve this year, or we are at jeopardy of not being able to continue in 2018. We truly hope that our more than 100 years of free services will continue for another century.”
