Community Megillah Reading and Epic Purim Party

Come one, come all to a community Megillah Reading and Costume Purim Party – 7:15 – 11:00 pm, Saturday March 11, jointly sponsored by Congregations Nevei Kodesh and Bonai Shalom and held at Nevei Kodesh, 1925 Glenwood Drive, Boulder 80304.

Our party will feature live music by the phenomenal, exuberant Klezmer band “Hal Aqua and the Lost Tribe”!

The evening begins with a Ma’ariv service  (7:15pm); and a full Hebrew reading of the Megillah (Book of Esther, 7:30pm); followed by a Purim Party (starting at 8:30) with music, dancing, costumes, snacks and hamentaschen, and a Bring Your Own bar… all for $10/adult, $20/family.  There will also be a children’s program available 7-8:30 pm, included in cost.

Create “dried food” groggers for an extra mitzvah this year!  Please bring a box of dried goods to donate to community food share that can couple as a noisemaker/shaker, such as a box of pasta, grains or beans.  Please also bring extra cash for tzedaka – going to Colorado Immigrants Rights Coalition.

Happy Purim and see you there!
