Bonai Shalom Hosts Pajama Havdalah

Join Congregation Bonai Shalom for the end of Shabbat on January 6, at 5:45 pm for a story with Rabbi Marc, the special end-of-Shabbat ceremony Havdalah, and singing songs with gentle guitar accompaniment.

Havdalah, or “separation”, is Shabbat’s closing ritual. In a simple multi-sensory ceremony, with blessings over candlelight, grape juice, and spices, Havdalah is an inspiring way to end Shabbat and start the new week as a family and community.  This is geared for families with kids 7 and under and their siblings.  Free and open to the community!
