Thinking Outside the Latke Pan: Hanukkah Specialties from around the World- Sunday, December 10 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Join Chef Jessica Hersh in a hands on class exploring delicious foods for Hanukkah. We’ll make specialty latkes as well as keftes de prasas (leek patties), bumuelos (Sephardic “doughnuts”), and Italian ricotta olive oil cheesecake. We’ll also learn more about the oil-based foods eaten around the world as we celebrate the festival of lights.
