Weekly Edition: December 16th, 2016

Shabbat Shalom! Tuesday night was Ignite Chanukah 7, the community young adult party organized by Flatiron Tribe – check out our story with pictures. Congregation Har HaShem’s Chanukah Bazaar is still going full steam, and tickets are going fast for Klezmania, Boulder’s newest Xmas Eve tradition for Jews.

Also, note that this Sunday, December 18th, our Congressman, Jared Polis, is holding a community meeting at the Boulder JCC.

Finally, we’re trying out a new format for our weekly edition; let us know how you like it in the comments.

Have a great weekend, stay warm and enjoy this week’s stories in the BJN:

About Editor

I'm David Fellows, and I've served as a writer, photographer and/or an editor on my junior high and high school newspapers; the Daily Trojan at USC (where I earned my journalism degree); the student newspaper at the Anderson School at UCLA (where I earned my MBA); and I've written and edited countless business documents and presentations in the ensuing twenty years. I was also a professional photographer from 1978 to 1988 (although you never really stop...). I've been involved Jewishly since my bris and in Boulder since 1995. I'm married to my Executive Director Cheryl, and we have two children, Lauren and Ethan.
