Simchat Torah Celebrations at Bonai Shalom

Community Simchat Torah Celebration at Bonai Shalom – October 24, 6:00 pm

sanctuary1See the Torah up close and personal! Children are invited to gather around the reading table to see what’s inside our precious wisdom bank. We will open to a couple of particularly beautiful or interesting sections of the torah after holiday-friendly crafts and a parade.

Community-wide services begin at 7:00 pm with Maariv. We will dance with the torah and celebrate the Chatan Torah and Kallat Bereshit, Jeff and Karen Raizen, in celebration of their contributions to our community and their love of torah.

We will sing, dance, and eat. The dancing will be slightly shorter than usual, allowing for celebrations of our honorees in the evening. We will also celebrate them at Simchat Torah morning services. We welcome Pardes Levavot to join us for Simchat Torah celebrations.

Simchat Torah Services- October 25, 9:30 am
