Shavuot Is Around The Corner!

Shavuot is June 12-13th, 2016 – Don’t miss these events at Bonai Shalom!

Community Wide Tikkun Leyl Shavuot at Congregation Bonai Shalom- June 11th – 12th, Saturday night through Sunday dawn. Join Boulder’s rabbis in discussing the sacred dance of ratzo v’shov – the metaphor depicting the oscillation between the holy and the mundane. We will begin at 7:00 pm with Mincha, enjoy a Third meal with singing and intention setting, followed by Ma’ariv, candle lighting and Kiddush. Opening panel at 9:45 pm with rabbis sharing their own personal spiritual challenges and tools. Four sessions of learning will follow, including a meditation by the creek. Program ends at dawn with a sunrise Shacharit that includes reading the Torah of Revelation. Sponsored by Haver, the Rabbinic Council of Boulder.
