Monthly Musical Friday Nights Are Back at Bonai Shalom

Musical Friday Night Kabbalat Shabbat

May 20, 2016 | 6:00 pm | Congregation Bonai Shalom

Join us for our monthly summer evening musical Friday nights, beginning in May!

The band is getting back together to bring you soulful Shabbat services with new and old music on guitar, mandolin, violin, flute, drums and our harmonious voices.  Live music will be played all through Kabbalat Shabbat and then our Maariv service will be a cappella.  Rabbi Marc will be joined by Jan Kirschner, Aron Friedman, Jenna Herbst, Jackie and Wayne Seltzer and others, leading the community in spirited singing!

Stay for a community potluck dinner after the service (vegetarian, nut-free and labelled if possible.) Bonai Shalom will provide homemade challah, grape juice and some compostable dinnerware/utensils. Feel free to bring your own food, drink and plates!

Service starts at 6:00 pm.Bonai_26_logo
