Timeless teachings on becoming a better me!
— Have you ever learned Pirkei Avot as a text-based study along with many different commentaries?  If you have never experienced the thrill of dissecting and discussing the finer points of the Pirkei Avot and enjoy debating about morals and values, here is your chance.  Chany Scheiner of Boulder Center for Judaism is offering a stimulating class on Pirkei Avot, Ethics of Our Fathers, the work studied on Shabbat on the weeks between Passover and Shavuot as well as in the Summer.

This class is free of charge and takes place next Shabbat, May 21 from 5 pm-6 pm at Boulder Center for Judaism,  4900 Sioux Drive. We will be meeting also Sat. June 11 and 25 as well.  The class is open to women and girls. Please note that NO prior background in Jewish learning or practice is required for the class to be meaningful.  Gift yourself the gift of Knowledge.  Please rsvp to: lbkosher@gmail.com.   Looking forward to welcoming you!

About Chany Scheiner

Co - Director of Boulder Center for Judaism. Any successful organization needs a heart and that is what Chany provides, along with organization, marketing, innovative programming, and countless Shabbat dinners. Some of her accomplishments are large and public like the annual menorah lighting on Pearl Street and the matzo and shofar factories, while others are quiet and private like the time she spends counseling individuals and sharing the wisdom that comes from study.
