From the Farm to Your Plate…A Live Kosher Slaughter Presentation Tuesday September 27th, 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the BJCC. $10 – Have you ever wondered about where your chicken comes from? If so, this is the presentation for you! Join the Jewish Initiative for Animals’ Kosher Meat and Animal Welfare Specialist, Boulder’s own Yadidya Greenberg, to witness a respectful kosher poultry slaughter.
