Week in Review: March 20th, 2015

bjn-logo8-200x200-blueShabbat shalom! Boulder (and the Boulder JCC) got some national press this week from the Jewish Telegraphic Association (JTA): In Boulder, new JCC marries goats and Judaism.  This came out the same day as our story on the new goats at the Co-op.

The Boulder Jewish Film Festival continues through Sunday, with most screenings sold out and few extra added during the week. Stay tuned for more photos!

With Passover creeping up, check out BJN’s Passover page, which collects our articles about Passover in one place (plus, we’ve added a section to our week in review, below, for the next couple of weeks).  Be sure to keep your eyes out for our Passover video playlist, coming next weekend!

Boulder Chapter of Hadassah has opened up online registration for their upcoming Shoshanim Brunch. The deadline for tributes is Monday, but registration continues. Click here to register online today.

Have a great weekend, and enjoy this week’s stories in the BJN.

About Editor

I'm David Fellows, and I've served as a writer, photographer and/or an editor on my junior high and high school newspapers; the Daily Trojan at USC (where I earned my journalism degree); the student newspaper at the Anderson School at UCLA (where I earned my MBA); and I've written and edited countless business documents and presentations in the ensuing twenty years. I was also a professional photographer from 1978 to 1988 (although you never really stop...). I've been involved Jewishly since my bris and in Boulder since 1995. I'm married to my Executive Director Cheryl, and we have two children, Lauren and Ethan.
