“Treasure Under the Bridge” Screens at Boulder Library

“Treasure Under the Bridge, Pilgrimage to the Hasidic Masters of the Ukraine” had many poignant and uplifting moments. Rabbi Marc Soloway invites us on his personal journey to modern day Ukraine to visit the graves of the Hasidic Masters, as he tries to establish a connection with the names that have so long occupied a place in his imagination.

Comments from Rabbi Zalman Schacter-Shalomi z”l in the film were especially touching.  At the end of the movie, the audience at the Boulder Library’s Canyon Theater and Gallery applauded.

Afterwards, Rabbi Marc Soloway, Director Chuck Davis and Editor Nataniel Miles-Yepez fielded questions from the audience.
