Pizza and S’mores: Camp Inc. Business Academy Info Night

The Camp Inc. Business Academy had an amazing second summer with 91 campers from 20 states, and 6 countries.  The summer was filled with laughter, excitement, over 30 experienced and seasoned mentors, and the launch of 24 new teen-led startups!

CI logo 300x94We are gearing up for Summer 2016, and will be opening our doors at the Boulder JCC for a Camp Inc. Business Academy Info Night on Wednesday, October 21st at 6:30 pm.

Join camp directors, Josh Pierce and Dan Baer for pizza, s’mores and camp activities, plus an opportunity to learn more about the Camp Inc. Business Academy’s four new tracks.

Come and bring your whole family! This event is free and open to interested parents and kids. To ensure we have enough food, registration is appreciated, but not required.

The Camp Inc. Business Academy is an elite business-focused overnight camp, where entering 6th to 12th graders come from all over the world to gain the skills necessary to become future leaders and innovators.

Located in the mountains of Colorado, The Camp Inc. Business Academy sits on 70 beautiful acres in the town of Steamboat Springs. Our unique summer program gives campers an opportunity to develop community, confidence, leadership, and Jewish identity through hands-on experience in Startups, Finance, Marketing & Design, or Coding.

About Dan Baer

Dan comes to the Camp Inc. team as the Camp Operations Officer after 5 years as the Associate Director of Camp Interlaken JCC in Milwaukee, WI. Dan was a participant in the Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Yitro Leadership Program and a member of the JCC Association’s Merrin Teen Professional Fellows. Dan grew up in Akron, OH where he got his start in camping as a lifeguard, Pool Director, and Assistant Director at Hiram House Camp. Dan graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Management and a concentration in Marketing. He has always had a passion for both working with children and summer camping as well as Jewish life. He is currently a BBYO advisor and was extremely active in Hillel in college.
