Jay and Rose Phillips Early Childhood Center Created at the Boulder JCC

logo_jrpECC_color_lrThe Boulder JCC is pleased to announce the creation of the new Jay and Rose Phillips Early Childhood Center at the Boulder JCC. The Phillips ECC will serve as the new home of the Boulder JCC Preschool, parenting programs, specialty classes for ages 0-5, and Preschool Summer Camp. Our brand new state of the art facility in east Boulder (corner of Cherryvale and Arapahoe) will feature a full-time preschool for children ages 6 weeks – Kindergarten, children’s gardens, an art studio, Milk & Honey Farm, a children’s kitchen, beautiful natural playgrounds, an expanded tumbling room, and more!

img_amelialeaf_WEBThe guiding principles of the Philips ECC are creating community, living values, and awakening minds. Families choose the Boulder JCC Preschool for our excellent early childhood educational program, talented and caring staff, and for the supportive community we create among the families. According to Allison Schwartz, mother of three young children and Boulder JCC Preschool parent:

“When my newest baby is old enough to head off to preschool, there’s no question about where we’ll send her. Any school could teach her colors and letters and numbers, but for her to learn what it means to truly be a part of a community, we’ll send her to the Boulder JCC Preschool.”

Starting in Fall of 2016, our preschool program will be expanding to include an infant and toddler program for children ages 6 weeks – 2.5 years. Additionally, we will have extended preschool hours, with early drop off available starting at 7:30 am and afternoon enrichment options until 5:30 pm.

We are currently accepting students to our waitlist for the 2016-17 school year. To be added to the waitlist, please download our waitlist form, and return it with a $136 fee. Upon submitting your completed registration, your waitlist fee will be applied to your first month’s tuition. In the event that we do not have a spot available for you, your waitlist fee will be refunded. Please be advised that the waitlist fee is non-refundable if you choose not to attend our program.

Open Registration for the 2016-17 year for infants and toddlers (ages 6 weeks – 2.5 years as of August, 2016) will begin on December 7, 2015. Registration for preschoolers (ages 2.5 – kindergarten as of August, 2016) will begin on February 8, 2016.

We look forward to welcoming you and your family to the Boulder JCC. We offer interactive Jewish cultural programs, engaging parenting programs, secular parent/child classes, and serve as a place for all families with young children to connect, regardless of religious affiliation.
