Shabbat shalom and happy birthday to the trees! The community celebrated Tu B’Shevat Wednesday night with a very successful seder held at Congregation Nevei Kodesh. There will be a kids’ party for Tu B’Shevat at Grandrabbits Toys on Monday, January 20th, MLK day. As for Boulder MLK celebrations, you can find the schedule of events here.
As we write this, a group of Boulder Jews are in Cuba with Menorah, led by Menorah Director Kathryn Bernheimer. We look forward to publishing a full report after they return next week.
One other event of note scheduled for next week is the final Boulder City Council vote on the new Boulder JCC building project. While the Council’s agenda is subject to change, the meeting is Tuesday night, January 21 at 6:00 pm.
