Shabbat shalom. After several weeks with numerous babies born in the community, this was a sad week with two unexpected passings. Shiva information is included in the respective obituaries (links are included below). May HaShem grant peace to all who mourn.
We also had a severe thunderstorm alert and a dose of heavy rain and wet snow, bringing back memories for many of September’s rains. If you need assistance, there are still city services as well as counseling opportunities available. As we go into the spring, let’s all hope for the best.
Passover is now less than two weeks away. Check out the BJN Passover section, and we’ll continue to call out the Passover-related stories in their own section in the weekly round-ups for the next few weeks.
