Torah Being Written for the Adventure Rabbi Community

Adventure Rabbi: Synagogue Without Walls is celebrating our Bar Mitzvah year!  Our community was founded 13 years ago and had grown steadily each year. To celebrate our Bar Mitzvah year, we are acquiring our first parchment Torah. As you read this, a scribe is busy writing the words of the scroll for us. Sometime this spring, the scribe will arrive in Boulder to finish the Torah in our presence. What a joy!

We have received almost 70 donations toward acquiring our Torah and every person who donated at least $180 will actually be able to write a letter in the Torah scroll. What a mitzvah, what a delight.

If you would like to learn more, or would like the opportunity to scribe a letter yourself, please visit the Adventure Rabbi Parchment Torah project.
