First Friday, May 2nd- The Holocaust: A Collective Memory with Janet Jacobs.
The remembrance of the Holocaust is an important part of cultural memory within families, within Jewish communities and within the larger society.  Drawing on Professor Janet Jacobs’s research on the Holocaust and collective memory in Europe and Australia , this talk will consider the importance of museums/memorials in the commemoration of Jewish genocide.

Cost is $18 per adult, $15 per child, and not exceeding $54 per family. All First Fridays begin with services at 6:00 pm and followed with dinner at 7:00 pm. Wine is BYOB (Kosher only).
