Week in Review: December 20th, 2013

bjn-logo8-200x200-blue Shabbat shalom!  That time of year has come around again… next Wednesday is that annual Jewish holiday of movies and a Chinese dinner!  For the young adult set, there is the annual Heebonism event in Denver on the night of December 24th, and Flatirons Tribe’s Dinner and a Movie on the 25th.  What are your plans?  Which movie? Or skiing? Or Mexico or Hawaii?  Share with us in the comments.  Maybe we’ll see you there!  Whatever your plans, we hope you enjoy the general happy mood around town the next few weeks.

Stay warm! Here are this week’s stories that ran in the BJN:

About Editor

I'm David Fellows, and I've served as a writer, photographer and/or an editor on my junior high and high school newspapers; the Daily Trojan at USC (where I earned my journalism degree); the student newspaper at the Anderson School at UCLA (where I earned my MBA); and I've written and edited countless business documents and presentations in the ensuing twenty years. I was also a professional photographer from 1978 to 1988 (although you never really stop...). I've been involved Jewishly since my bris and in Boulder since 1995. I'm married to my Executive Director Cheryl, and we have two children, Lauren and Ethan.
