On Saturday, August 24th, 2013 (18 Elul 5773), Mikayla Frank-Martin, daughter of Alyssa and Andrew Frank-Martin, and Noah Finer, son of Alyssa and Richard Finer, will be called to the Torah as B’nai Mitzvah at Congregation Har HaShem. Mikayla and Noah will be reading from Parashat Ki Tavo.
